About Auryn
Auryn Medical Aesthetics is on a mission to elevate the standard of aesthetic care for women through a personalized, comprehensive approach that prioritizes confidence, education, and long-term well-being.
Our medical aesthetician specializes in facial balancing, aesthetic injectables, skin health, and regenerative aesthetics, Auryn brings together advanced medical expertise, innovative treatments, and individualized care to support women through every stage of life.
Our vision is to create an elevated medical aesthetics experience where women feel understood, informed, and genuinely cared for — with a trusted team they can turn to throughout their aesthetic journey.
We believe aesthetic medicine should help you feel more confident in the face you already have, not create a different one.
Aging is inevitable. Looking overdone isn't.
Our philosophy is rooted in understanding how and why the face changes over time, then using that knowledge to make thoughtful, intentional decisions about where treatment can make a meaningful difference.
At Auryn, natural results aren't simply a preference — they're the standard. We prioritize treatments and techniques grounded in anatomy, evidence, and science rather than trends. We take a comprehensive, less-is-more approach that preserves your features, expressions, and individuality.
Because the goal isn't to stop aging or chase every change along the way. It's to help you age beautifully and confidently while always looking like yourself — so you can spend less time thinking about how you look and more time showing up as the best version of yourself in every part of your life.
The Auryn Philosophy
Meet Ashley
Ashley O’Neill, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Ashley O'Neill is the founder of Auryn Medical Aesthetics and a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Ashley is a skilled cosmetic injector and specializes in facial balancing and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, with an emphasis on natural, transformative results.
Ashley is committed to continually advancing her knowledge and refining her skills as aesthetic medicine evolves. She has traveled across the country to pursue advanced education and train alongside respected leaders in the field, including Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. David Saadat, Professor Sebastian Cotofana, MD, PhD, Dr. Thuy Doan, Shelby Miller, DNP, FNP-C, Racquel Frisella, NP, Lori Robertson, FNP-C, Erica Barry, NP, and many others.
Her passion for aesthetic medicine comes from the unique combination of medicine, anatomy, science, and artistry the field requires. Detail-oriented by nature, Ashley takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to every patient, looking beyond a single feature or concern to understand the face as a whole and determine where treatment can make the most meaningful difference.
Ashley loves working in aesthetic medicine and is passionate about helping her patients feel confident in the way they look and the way they age. Her goal is to help each patient become the best version of themselves while preserving the features and individuality that make them who they are.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Always Learning. Always Evolving.
My foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University, an Associate of Arts in Nursing from the Community College of Baltimore County, and both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) from Walden University.
I hold myself to a personal standard of completing at least one cadaver anatomy lab annually, because I believe exceptional patient care begins with exceptional education- and that a deep, continually evolving understanding of facial anatomy is fundamental to both patient safety and beautiful, natural results.
Outside the Office
Outside of Auryn, I'm a wife and mom to four, and family is at the center of just about everything I do.
In 2026, the six of us traveled to Turks & Caicos, where we quietly got married with only our kids there with us. It was intimate, a little unconventional, and one of my favorite memories we've made together.
When I'm not with patients, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, planning our next trip, or — despite technically being “off” — learning something new about aesthetics. I genuinely love this field, so the line between work and something I'm interested in for fun tends to blur.
As much as I love what I do, being a wife, a mom, and a woman navigating many of the same changes and seasons of life as my patients keeps everything in perspective — and I think it makes me a better provider because of it.
